Antony has been a qualified physiotherapist for 24 years, specialising in occupational health and ergonomics.  He has a strong passion for the promotion of health and wellbeing, in all aspects and has a practical approach to problem solving and creating client focused solutions.

 

Antony has worked in various sectors from the NHS to sports teams, private clinics and in large corporations in the City.    He is currently the occupational health physiotherapist at the Royal Ballet and Opera (RBO) and runs physiotherapy clinics for the Royal Horticultural Society.  He also carries out advanced workstation assessments for several organisations, including the University of Greenwich, the BBC, a large law firm in the city and some small investment management firms.  

 

He is a City and Guilds qualified Manual Handling trainer, and a Dyslexia Workplace Needs Assessor under the British Dyslexia Association.

 

A keen runner, Antony regularly runs marathons including London, Brighton and Manchester in recent years.
